The room we stayed in was amazing, spacious, had a jacuzzi tub, separate shower, and a balcony.

1. Since we checked in the wifi was not working, it was working intermittently during the whole stay. 2. After checking in (we were the only ones checking in) it took more than 30 minutes to bring up our bags, I had to call to ask where my bags were, when they finally arrived, they brought them back incomplete, they had to go and get 2 bags that were missing. 3. When the lights came back on, the elevator didn't work for a while, it's a hotel full of stairs. 4. When I was checking out, when I said I wanted to make an official complaint, it seemed that the lady who attended me didn't care. She never asked why and never apologized. Only at the end of the check out she told me that she would print out a complaint form. For a supposedly luxury hotel, it's definitely not up to par.

The hotel is situated in an interesting district with art nouveau villas and the reservoir nearby. There are frequent buses and reasonably priced taxis. The room is spacious, clean, and well-equipped. The outdoor heated pool is lovely with unrestricted opening hours. Breakfast offers a wide choice from light continental to hearty Mexican.

The hotel is the perfect place for visiting the must-see attractions in Guanajuato. The restaurant at the hotel was excellent, and we thoroughly enjoyed our meals there. Additionally, the free parking was very convenient for us. the property met all of our requirements, and we're looking forward to coming back in the future.

This venue is clean, has friendly staff, quiet location, and provided an awesome overall experience with easy access to nearby attractions.

The hotel exceeded our expectations with its beautiful gardens and well-maintained facilities. The spacious rooms, excellent spa, and various garden spaces made for a relaxing stay. The location was convenient, with only a short walk to the city center or the option of free valet parking. The staff, particularly Gabriela and Manuel at the reception, provided first-class service. The continental breakfast was included, with no extra charges for additional helpings.

Fairly clean and quaint hotel, incredibly nice staff and incredible rooms. Best possible and exceptionally nice location, feet from Presa de la Olla. Good restaurants onsite. My favorite property in Guanajuato.
